Emma joined the Sales team in 2019, bringing with her a strong background in tourism and hospitality management — industries that honed her passion for people and delivering meaningful experiences.

Since making the move into retirement living, Emma hasn’t looked back. She’s inspired every day by the warm smiles of residents and the genuine sense of community that defines each village.

Emma’s favourite part of the role is building long-term relationships with residents and their families, supporting them through one of life’s most important transitions. She’s also proud to be part of the dedicated and close-knit team at BaptistCare, where making people feel welcome is at the heart of everything they do.
